Upstock does not determine how much equity you earn and its value. It is both up to you and the company you work for to smooth out the details regarding your equity plan. Details such as how much equity you will earn and how you earn that equity must be discussed between you and your employer. Upstock, however, has a lot of informative resources and references to help you figure this out together.
