A worker is a general term that refers to anyone who provides services to a company or project, whether as an employee or an independent contractor. In other words, an employee is a more specific type of worker.

The term “worker” is not limited to just traditional employees. It also includes independent contractors who may work with a team or organization on a project or ongoing basis but who do not have regular or permanent employment.

We like to refer to workers as team members as we recognize the fact that a company is like a team and each worker is a member of that team that plays an important and indispensable role in its success. foster a sense of inclusivity and collaboration that benefits everyone involved.
