The Equity Pool Grant Agreement is a corporate document, which usually comes in the form of a resolution or decision of the governing body of the company, that creates and establishes an equity pool and determines its size by allocating it a certain number of shares or units. Workers or team members added to the equity pool would be able to earn shares or units that were allocated to the said pool.
