Experienced legal professionals were responsible for preparing, drafting and vetting the legal documents, agreements and contract templates that Upstock uses. One of them is Terry Williams, an international equity plan expert for 150+ countries with 22 years of experience. She is the lead equity plan designer for Baker McKenzie and Hewlett-Packard. We also worked with attorneys from Morisson Cohen LLP.

In addition, we have in-house legal team members who are watching out for the latest regulatory developments to ensure compliance and compatibility of Upstock’s legal documents with current laws and regulations. We also continuously conduct legal research to hedge against or anticipate any potential issue that we believe may arise in the future due to frequent legal and regulatory changes.
